Jon Brown founded Empirical Fitness in 2019 with a simple mission: to help people achieve real results with real methods. His passion for fitness — and for cutting through the noise of bad advice — led him to create programs rooted in science, not fads.
As a certified strength and conditioning specialist with 13 years of experience, Jon has helped athletes at all levels get stronger, increase their power, improve conditioning, and recover from injuries. His personalized approach includes:
